The Chris and Jamie Fowler Family physician recruitment fund is designed to bridge the gap in medical care across our region. By 2030, the U.S. is projected to face a shortage of 100,000 physicians, a crisis that will hit rural areas especially hard. This fund addresses this critical need for Northeast Arkansas by incentivizing physicians to begin their practice in our community.
