When starting an exercise program keeping track of what you do during your workouts is critical. Workout logs allow you to go back and look at previous workouts and judge how much progress you've made and where your new focus needs to be.

  • Which workout did you just complete? Include the week and day. Week # Workout #
  • Use this section to list how many reps (or how long) you did for each exercise in each round. Also list any difficulties or troubles you may have had.
